This faculty will teach in the Bachelor of Science in Project, Design and Analysis (PDA) program. PDA is a three-year cohort degree, in three key areas (project management, design thinking, and data analysis), with three required internships.

The successful candidate will report to New College.
The anticipated instructional need includes, but is not limited to, undergraduate courses in design thinking and design processes / practices.
Candidates are expected to teach 3-4 courses per semester with the potential for a course load reduction for recruiting, professional activities, program advising, course development, assisting with accreditation, providing career guidance to students, or other professional development and service activities. Actual course loads are assigned based on program needs and determined by the Chair of New College. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
A candidate with a terminal design degree (MFA, MDes, etc) in Visual Communication, Design Management, or related discipline. Professional experience related to the area of teaching responsibility. Strong student success focus.
· 8 or more years of classroom or teaching experience at the university level.
· Experience facilitating classroom projects that require working with external clients or industry partners.
· Experience designing new program curriculum and/or individual courses.
· Experience with hybrid/online course instruction.
