The University of Washington School of Drama develops innovative and courageous artists and scholars poised to be the creative leaders of tomorrow.

We offer MFA degrees in acting, design, and directing, an undergraduate liberal arts degree in drama, and a PhD in theatre history, theory, and criticism. Our location in Seattle, a global center for creative entrepreneurship, makes our school an extraordinary place to learn, work, and perform.
